Room so comfy feels like home... the
Tv in the room is glitch all the time makes me dizzy... the wifi soo veryyyy slooowww, the capacity of the apt is for 4 people, but the towel the glass they provides only for 2 people. The menu of the bfast wasnt not variatif.. trying to order room service, but the resto didnt provide the menus as shown... as a matter a fact they were confuse.. and the apartment is lack of direction.. which one is lobby to the Grande Valore and which one to Holiday inn...

Good place to stay if you want a kitchen and comfortable beds
I like that it has a nice garden und greeneries. The staff are very friendly and my room had a kitchen. It also has a little supermarket downstairs and a seafood restaurant. Comfortable bed.
Location is a bit off grid and a little dingy. The hotel itself is very clean but the area not so much. Must take taxi if you want to go to the next mall or just the next bigger restaurant. Very noisy. I could hear the traffic and people talking from the 15th floor. The lights in the bathroom were too dim/dark.

Facilities of 5 stars hotel is so miner. There was no coffee or tea, no room sleeper, tv operation was not friendly, wifi was not stable, body towel was too old,

What was the highlight of Grande Valore Hotel Cikarang
Very family-friendly hotel for a staycation.
The staff were friendly, the library was fun, the pool and kids area are great and were the highlight for our family. Live music at night at the cafe was lovely. Food choices were good because we could eat at the hotel’s cafe/restaurant or go to the restaurant at the next door hotels, and we tried both options. Next door was more fancy and more expensive but we actually enjoyed the food more at the Magenta cafe at Grande Valore. The mini mart was very handy too. Love that the room had a full size fridge and freezer - never see that in other hotels. Also a stove, a rice cooker, toaster, capsule coffee maker, tea kettle and gallon water dispenser! And the rooms had SO MUCH STORAGE! The bath and shower were lovely and the hair dryer worked well.
Not much to not like, but if I have to mention something; the phone in the room wasn’t working so I wasn’t able to call reception for simple questions or order room service. When we checked in our room had two coffee capsules for the coffee machine but no tea bags and when they cleaned the room they didn’t refill the coffee capsules that we used. So we had to find the cleaners and ask them for tea bags and more coffee but the coffee they gave us was just sachets, not the capsules for the machine. We prefer fresh milk and all their “fresh milk” (both at the cafe/restaurant and at breakfast) was actually UHT milk. Just small things really.
